A school corridor mural for HSA McKinley Park, inspired by the light rays of the school's logo and translated into bold geometric forms and athletic silhouettes, bringing energy and identity to the path into the gym.

This corridor leads students into the gym, so we wanted the walls to carry the energy of the game before they even step inside.

The design grows directly from the school's own logo. We took the light rays in its form, along with its shape and meaning, and translated them into bold geometric forms charged with energy. Sharp triangles in navy, orange, and lime green radiate along the walls like beams of light in motion, guiding the eye toward the gym doors. Athletic silhouettes, a jumping basketball player, a runner, and a volleyball player, move within this energy, celebrating the drive and teamwork that define student life. At the center, the school's motto, "We Are on a Quest to Be the Best," ties it all together.

The result is a clean, modern space that turns a simple hallway into an experience: a place that feels alive, confident, and truly part of the school's identity.
